We provide pediatric services for all children, and specialty services for children in foster care, kinship care, adoptive care, and children with developmental needs, ages 0-18 in Tempe, AZ and surrounding communities. This includes well exams, sick visits, urgent care needs, immunizations, advanced developmental screening, and primary care psychiatric needs. Our appointments are individualized for every family's needs. In our practice, you have direct access to your provider by phone, text messaging, or email. With a personal, "concierge style" approach to pediatric care, your child and family will receive unparalleled service and connection.

As a new foster or kinship parent, you may be wondering how to address behaviors connected to feeding. At Chrysalis Children's we have a three step guideline that will get you started in the right direction.
Angela Cabrera, APRN, CPNP-PC

Angela Cabrera, APRN, CPNP-PC is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with 19 years in pediatric primary and specialty care and 27 years of combined registered nursing and pediatric nurse practitioner experience. She has extensive experience working with the medical and psychosocial needs of children who are in foster care, as well as personal experience as a foster parent. She has also worked extensively with children with developmental needs. Angela enjoys cooking, reading, learning, running, and family dinners around her table. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and five amazing children.
